Monica at the front desk was exceptional, always cheerful and helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness of the Deluxe Forest View room, including the ample supply of water and fresh linens. Housekeeping deserves praise for maintaining such high standards. the dining room felt cramped, especially during peak hours when large groups filled the space. On one evening, it was chaotic, and this caused some frustration as we waited for a table. The buffet offerings had some inconsistencies. some dishes were excellent while others didn't quite hit the mark.

had a wonderful stay at fortune! the property is just 400 meters from the rose garden, making it super convenient. the warm and friendly staff really stood out, especially during the delicious buffet dinners. i also enjoyed the relaxing massages at the spa, which added to the experience.
